This allows property owners to do what they do best, owning the property and not the stress. Then we will organize the repair no matter what the technician skill set is needed to get the work done. This avoids property owners from having to call multiple companies to get the work done. In addition, we have already vetted all the various technicians and their level of work quality. Pivot is fully capable of looking at a repair job, understanding all the tools needed, including the technicians, paperwork, etc, to get the job completed. We do hold a General Contractor license in the State of Alaska #158982. The use of technology has redesigned how planned and unplanned repairs on properties are getting completed. Some of those items include digital work orders, pictures of work included in the invoices, fast reporting, quick invoicing, GPS tracking, and more.
