GIRDWOOD PROJECT COMPLETE ✅

What started as a muddy, uneven area beneath this elevated home is now a clean, reinforced concrete slab designed for long-term durability.

One of the biggest challenges on this project wasn’t the concrete itself—it was the water management. Before pouring, we installed a drainage system to intercept and redirect runoff from the hillside, helping protect the slab and surrounding structure from future erosion and water issues.

Scope included:

✔ Base preparation & compaction
✔ Rebar reinforcement
✔ Concrete placement & finishing
✔ Final grading & cleanup

A lot of contractors pour over problems. We fix them first.

This project had drainage issues, failing concrete, and unstable subgrade conditions. ACC came in, tore it out correctly, stabilized the base, installed drainage, and built it back the right way from the ground up.

That’s the difference between cheap concrete and professional concrete.
