Customer had an undersized return ductwork going to a fairly new unit. Says it never cooled 100%.

We enlarged return ducts, added media filter, paned out return with metal and sealed up. Cleaned and reinstalled phenomenal Aire cleaner. Fixed and Repainted floor return grille.

Customer said it’s been “over cooling”.

Another fun job we did today.
Before and after.

System had under sized return and supply. We upsize both with proper size. Added high velocity return grill as well unit had flex tying in unit for gas, broken fittings for high voltage, not sitting center on pad, unlevel, flashing was leaking water along with clearance for the coil to the house didn’t have much clearance. List goes on

New system is same size with all the above redone properly. Pad is compacted with gravel and dirt and new 8” blocks. Then we added mulch around to finalize it.
Hard pipe gas lines back to system properly, painted gas lines with new black paint. New electrical fittings

Customer stated their home feels like an ice box now.
What a difference correct install will do.

Fun job this was.

House used to be a duplex. 2 gas pack unit’s and all ductwork
Took everything out and hauled away/cleaned up

Installed a 4 ton gas package unit in a different location, all new ductwork, gas lines, electrical and more. It’s being converted to one single family house.

I’ve been washing and waxing after I clean coils with chemicals lately. New wax I love that’s giving its protected shine at the end. Just a few of them I’ve taken pictures of.

This customer of mine has been my customer for 6 years since back doing side jobs. Full ductwork system, unit, gas work, moisture barrier, Acu clean system. She looks as good as new especially with my wash and wax I do to all of them. Deep cleaned. Takes a little longer but well worth it.
