This one started with a deck that looked fine on the surface but had major structural issues underneath. We tore it down completely and rebuilt a brand-new 16’ x 16’ covered porch with a 4’ wide staircase.

Here is our most recent Portico project.

This project was permitted by the Town Of Apex and built over an existing foundation. The finishes include all no rot materials on the exterior with 3/4" stained beadboard ceiling and black powder coated rought iron railings.

This was one of our largest deck projects to date. Nearly 850 square feet of deck surface and the pictures speak for themselves.

Beautiful Timbertech Vintage Mahogany PVC decking and facia with black composite railing, lattice work and stone foundation underneath. All of that plus the ground contact pressure treated framing with flashing tape covering the top edge will last for many many years to come.

We are very excited to finally be showing off our latest porch project. We are very proud of this project and are really happy with the way it turned out.

The covered porch section is a 16' x 16' screened in living area with a 12' x 20' open air deck. The deck, porch, and stairs are all protected with 36" Deckorators Aluminum and Stainless Steel Cable Gaurd and Hand Railing. Beneath the deck is a completely rain free parking area that is kept dry by the Trex Rain Escape system. All exterior surfaces of this structure are covered with 3/4" Azek PCV Trim and 1" Azek PVC Kona Brown Decking.

This project took our team approximately 6 weeks to complete and adds roughly 500 square feet of fuctional outdoor living space to this backyard. The build was permitted through the City of Raliegh and included 8 inspections throughout the building process.

These are some photos of a project we did back in late spring. ADA Stairs and Ramp at the entry of a commercial property. The photos were taken before final grading was done and concrete was poured to the bottom of the steps and top edge of the ramp.

The project includes Trex Island Mist Decking with Deckorators Classic White Composite Gaurd Railing and Aluminum Grab Rails. All framing is covered in 3/4" white PVC trim and the under sections are enclosed with vinyl lattice.

Scroll to the last 2 photos to see how badly this deck needed to be replaced! We needed to temporarily brace the deck to make sure it wouldn't completely collapsed before we were able to start the demolition.

This end result is a beautiful 9' x 12' wood deck, permitted through the Town Of Cary. Complete with a 2 doored gate at the top of a 4' wide shallow rise staircase, this deck is as functional as it is appealing. It took roughly 6 days to complete the build and pass all required inspections. Just in time for these mild temperatures!

Here is another deck project we completed earlier this summer.

This is a 12' x 12' free standing deck permitted by the Town Of Holly Springs. It includes TimberTech Harvest PVC Kona Decking across 12" on center joists that are wrapped with white Azek PVC trim boards. On top are surface mounted Trex Transcend railings with matching Kona decking and LED solar powered light caps.

This project took about a week to complete and passed all 4 inspections required by the Town to receive the final approval.
