Back porch revitalization!!! The Trex composite and color combination really brought a modern upgrade to this dwelling, as well as, a sturdy & long lasting solution!

It’s been a hot summer so far, nothing better than a fantastic deck to help enjoy the pool!! ☀️ 💦

We made the switch to aluminum balusters on our pressure-treated pine decks, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Lumber isn’t quite what it used to be so pine balusters are out! This provides easier maintenance and a longer lasting solution.

Has it been almost FOUR weeks since our last post?… I guess it really has been a crazy month…

We’ve been completing current projects, expanding our team/equipment and dodging the rain the best we can! 😂🌧️ As of July we will be fully prepared to run TWO independent crews. Allowing me to better handle the client facing and office responsibilities, while sticking to project timelines better!

In order to play catch up on showcases, we will post one every day this week 🤯 First up!

This one brought us all the way up to the lake in Shawano! They were looking for a demo and rebuild of the current deck, along with a screened-in section to avoid the bugs when they get bad 🦟 Also get to dodge the ever so present rainfall this year with the overhang.

Due to this deck being so low to the ground, it required 12 footings to stay within code! Safe to say it’s not going anywhere anytime soon 😅 This was an awesome update to this lakefront property and features:

🪚 216 Square Foot Screened-In Overhang (LVL Beam to Reduce Required Columns)
🪚 6x6 Columns for Appearance
🪚 Siding, Fascia and Soffit
🪚 Architectural Shingled Roof

We’ve recently celebrated our 3 year anniversary of being in business. With it not being the typical “milestone” we hindered our usually post, but we did want to take a moment to say a few things:

1) Thank you to our current clients and potential clients. The amount of people reaching out to inquire/ meet with us to see if we will be a good fit is AMAZING. I don’t know how to explain how emotionally uplifting this support is. The Fox Valley is truly an amazing place to start a small business.

2) Thank you once again to our current clients and potential clients. We’ve been getting ROCKED this spring/early summer. It’s a great issue to have, but also a challenging one! We’re working on expanding to help handle the increased workload, but it takes time, and you all have been so patient/forgiving… it’s really appreciated….

3) We started this company because that was our passion. We wanted to do business the right way. By treating our customers the best we can. Respecting our employees and giving them a great place to work. And giving back to our community by offering these services at the lowest possible price with craftsmanship you can trust.

We wouldn’t be growing and succeeding without everyone’s support. Thank you for putting your faith and trusting your homes with our small business 😊
