Every great building starts long before the walls go up—it starts with the ground beneath it.

Last week, we wrapped up this pole barn pad by stripping away all of the organic material and building the pad back up in properly compacted lifts to create a solid, stable foundation for the building and future concrete.

Taking the time to prepare the site the right way helps prevent settling and provides a strong base that will last for years to come. It's the part of the job you won't see once the building is finished, but it's one of the most important.

With the dry conditions we've been experiencing throughout Southern Maryland, one of our crews spent the first part of their day at the new Dash In in Prince Frederick installing Gator Bags on newly planted and stressed trees. These slow-release watering systems help provide deep root hydration and give trees a much better chance of thriving during extended periods of drought. 🌳💧

Throwing it back to an incredible transformation we wrapped up last Thursday and Friday on a stunning home along the Patuxent River 🌊🌲

This property got the full outdoor makeover it deserved. We tackled nearly 3 acres of forestry mulching, clearing out dense underbrush and bringing back the natural beauty of the original loblolly pine trees—finally letting them stand out again 🌿
From there, we reclaimed the entire 1,000-foot driveway and refreshed it with a clean top dressing of bluestone, giving it a polished, durable finish 🚜
To bring it all together, we prepped and mulched the entire landscape around the home, leaving everything looking sharp, clean, and cohesive ✨

In addition to projects like this, we offer full landscape installation, hardscaping, grading & drainage, land clearing, driveway restoration, and complete property cleanups.
