Destination Carolinas
First thing tomorrow morning, our crews will be heading out to the Carolinas. We’re moving into position now so we can be ready to restore power the moment it is safe to do so.
As we prepare to head into the path of the storm, I want to send a clear message to everyone responding: The most important thing you’ll do on this trip isn’t fixing a line, it’s making it home.
To the Crews Rolling Out:
Be Your Brother’s Keeper: In the wind, the rain, and the mud, look out for the person standing next to you. If something doesn't look right, stop the job. We leave together, and we come home together.
To the communities in the path of the storm: Stay safe and hunkered down. Help is on the way.
Let’s look out for one another out there. See you when the job is done.
