If you are thinking about a future construction project, it is recommended you lock in the contract as soon as you can.

Material prices will be going up because of Tariffs. This is very similar to pricing during Covid when we had no idea when and how they would fluctuate.

Lock in material costs with your Contractor as soon as you can.

Lumber, metals, petroleum products, asphalt shingles will all be going up and who knows how many price increases will follow.
