Things to remember as the cold weather approaches
1. Unhook water hoses and cover exterior spouts
2. Slow drip your faucet
3. Roll towels to put at base of exterior doors to help prevent drafts
4. Open sink cabinet doors to allow heat to keep pipes from freezing.
5. Know where your water shutoff valve is located

Update: Project Completed
Current project! Helping a client that had a water heater burst. She loved her cabinet fronts so we did our best to save them and built new cabinet boxes. During demo we found that her water line to the fridge ran under her old cabinets from under the sink to the fridge. So we installed it correctly using Pex to help prevent freezing. Will update final photos when project is complete. If you are in need of a great GC that puts your interest first please contact me! I would love to earn your business!
