Canyon Hills Community Church is opening a NEW campus location! Just off Interstate 5 at the 128th Street exit!

This tenant improvement project converts an existing one-level warehouse building into a NEW religious facility for Canyon Hills Community Church. This work includes demolishing the loading dock, existing offices and existing restrooms. A NEW 2,259 S.F. mezzanine is planned, as well as NEW classrooms, NEW worship space, NEW restrooms, NEW vestibule and more!

All MEP subcontractors are beginning their tenant improvement work. B&H Fire and Security is installing a new fire alarm system, which includes voice evacuation for the new change-of-use tenant improvement project. Stay tuned to watch the progress of this project

Electrical final is now complete at this new construction 35-unit multifamily project in Mount Vernon, Washington! We are close to fire final and getting occupancy for this new build! Great work team!

RockCreek Church

Another successful project completed in Arlington, WA. This project included reconfiguring the existing sanctuary, expanding restroom facilities, remodeling and expanding the children’s wing, and creating a new main entrance. With this tenant improvement that meant upgrading all MEP systems and even the addition of a fire sprinkler system! Fire Alarm tenant improvement design build completed by B&H Fire and Security! Great work team!

Can you believe it? Today marks 10 years since we first opened our doors! When we opened our doors 10 years ago, our goal was simple: Develop, Design, Deliver! Helping protect commercial businesses and residences since 2016! We pride ourselves on our customer service and top quality installation of fire alarms, security, structured wiring, monitoring services, annual confidence testing, and CCTV. All our business has been referral based, but we just recently started promotion on social media.

We couldn’t have reached this milestone without our wonderful team, our partnerships, contractors, and our clients! Thank you, thank you, thank you to our customers for choosing our services. We deeply value the trust you have placed in our team!

New construction of a 25,000 SF tilt building in Marysville, WA is complete!

B&H Fire and Security installed a Silent Knight 6808 fire alarm control panel with 4 relay modules integrated to the Fans, to shut down the fans after receiving an alarm signal. This Design build fire alarm installation also included about 30 notification devices, spread through the office area and loading dock area, and so much more! Great work team!
