Most people don't know that we offer a 25-year warranty on many of our foundation repair and encapsulation services.

A lot of companies offer warranties on the products and services they provide. What matters is having enough confidence in the product and the installation to stand behind it for 25 years.

Our crawl space encapsulations and Foundation Lock wall systems are designed to be long-term solutions. The warranty isn't there because we expect problems, it's there because we don't.

Proud to say we’re expanding our team and looking for motivated technicians to join Basement Improvements LLC.

We are seeking hardworking individuals who are eager to learn the trades of basement waterproofing and foundation repair.

No construction experience is required. Applicants should be willing and ready to learn, able to lift and carry 50 pounds, and comfortable standing or kneeling for extended periods of time.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Mike is our senior product design specialist. Mike has been with Basement Improvements since 2019 and has worked in the industry for about 2 decades. He’s seen it all and always knows what needs to be done to fix our customers’ problems.
