🔧 WE’RE HIRING — LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN!
Cub Creek Heating & A/C is looking for an experienced, dependable technician to join our family-owned team!
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience is required. Applicants must be able to diagnose and repair systems independently, work efficiently, and deliver quality results.
We’re looking for someone who can:
✅ Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps confidently
✅ Read wiring diagrams and use technical manuals
✅ Complete accurate repairs efficiently without sacrificing workmanship
✅ Communicate clearly with customers and explain repair options
✅ Maintain clean work areas and complete thorough service reports
✅ Be punctual, professional, and dependable
✅ Lead by example and help support less-experienced technicians
