As a one man operation, it’s not very easy to answer every phone call. My established customers know if they call me and leave a message on my voicemail, that they will get a return call back. Unfortunately new customers don’t know this especially with so many contractors in the trades who don’t return calls back, this actually has happened to me. If your air conditioner is not cooling, the best thing you can do is to shut it off. If not more damage can actually be done. For this customer the compressor overheated and the internal overload tripped out, the only way it will reset is to cool the compressor down with water
