Did you know that researchers in the United States spent over $10,000 researching the direction the loose end of the toilet paper should face when hung? 🧐 We could have easily told them, for free, that it should definitely be hung with the loose end in the front! 🧻

In newly-remodeled bathrooms like the one we finished for our friend and client, the direction the toilet paper hangs is the biggest problem she has to worry about, since we fixed all the rest of them! 💪👷‍♂️

This transformation makes my mind spin every time I look at it. What a difference! 🤯

We partnered with Axsel Zavala with Zavala's Property Management to get this Veteran's home fixed up last week. 🏠

He needed us to replace 4 feet of siding along the perimeter of his house, and then we painted it a deep navy. It is obvious that he has great taste!

As with any older home, there were a few extra issues that arose during this project, but nothing that we weren't able to take care of. 🔨

It was an honor to serve this United States Marine and we are thankful that he trusted us to take care of business! Semper Fi, sir! 🇺🇸

We've had several projects going at once, these past few weeks, but here's the latest work-in-progress! 🏗

We're working with Battle Cry Construction, LLC. to build this 16x40 Tiny Home. You can tell it is off to a great start! 👷🏼‍♂️

ALLLLLL of the sweat was poured out on this BEAUTIFUL siding job! ☀️🥵💦

For the first building, things were stripped down, rotten boards and supports were repaired, and eye-catching Hardie board and batten-style siding was installed. Weathered tin skirting and fresh paint made it look just like new again! 🪜🔨🪤

Cedar wainscoting added the perfect touch to an adjacent building, and after a few coats of paint, the whole place looks brand new! 🪚✨

Texas Summer heat might make things a little more interesting, but it doesn't stop us here at Kohlman Property Services. We aim to please our clients and get the job done! 😎
