Sharing again for the weather expected tonight! This is our first enhanced weather risk event for the year. Everyone stay safe! ⛈️⚡️

⚡️Stay weather aware tonight!🌪️

My top tips going into tonight:

1. Save my number in your phone. I will be there to help with any roofing or clean up needs.

2. Charge all of your electronics! If you have any extra power banks, have them charged and ready to go as well.

3. Take pictures or video of your home as it is right now. In the event of an emergency, insurance will want an itemized list of what you had.

4. Be dressed - with appropriate shoes on! You never know when you’ll be left to walk in rubble.

5. Wrap any irreplaceable items in a tarp or thick blanket and place them in your washer or dryer. These appliances are likely to stay closed and will be easier to find. A good place to start are documents like birth certificates, social security cards, blue cards, etc…

6. Have a bag packed with toiletries and extra clothes. If you have a baby, pack extra formula, distilled water, diapers, etc…

7. Have all medications with you in your safe place.

8. Make sure all pets have their collars with identification tags on. If you cannot take them with you to your safe place, make sure they are left as safe as possible.

This season, each week our coaches selected a player who gave extraordinary effort on and off the field. Those players were recognized with a certificate and a $25 restaurant gift card—thanks to the generosity of Ben and Savannah White.
