Small 12 x12 bedroom addition to a home. I did the foundation, framing, and roof, client ended up doing all interior work. Addition altered 1 bedroom, .modified hallway and added a bedroom, to make addition for their extending family.

So this was a first for me. Shower with a skylight in it. Put a extra shower in a ski lodge up in schweitzer. Super steep roof, put 2 skylights where one allows you to use toilet and one to use shower. Worked out pretty well actually.

An addition i did on my house a few years ago, new concrete pad, framing addition of 2 stories and a loft. Added 1400 ft^2 of space. Kitchen space, dining room, wash room, pantry, all downstairs. Boys got giant room, 40 x 14 bedroom, with 20 x 14 loft.

What started out as what owner thought was a spilled drink turned out to be a broken sewage pump 4 days before fourth of July at their lake house. Determined issue, had system pumped, and replaced allpump hardware along with new baffles before the fourth. Cleaned it all up and all the guest showed up to celebrate the weekend.
