Got the cooling package back from the radiator shop. Much cleaner now, let reassembly commence. Shout out to mom, she ran the excavator for me while line up the assembly.

Well that was a pain in the ass, but, radiator, oil cooler and CAC are out and will be sent out for cleaning tomorrow. There is a boat load of cleaning to do in the engine compartment in the meantime.

Well it’s been a bit, but, I think maybe I got it this time. She was running really rough, and narrowed it down to cylinder #7. Through an injector at it (easier than a 6.4, but not much) and that didn’t fix it. Figured out I had 0 compression, took the valve cover/intake manifold/ hair care center off and found an exhaust rod jammed up on a rocker. Put her all back together and guess what….. no compression. Tore it apart again this weekend only to find everything was “fine” my compression adapter finally showed up, and #7 had compression. Decided to go ahead and replace the suspect lash adjuster, put it back together and had no compression again WTF. went to bed and this morning had compression, did some reading and apparently when you take the rocker assy off the lash adjusters expand slightly and it takes a while to naturally bleed down. I’ll post a video of her running.
