We provided this business owner a very fair quote on a TPO roof.
He decided to pay (2x) our quoted price with another company.
To his horror he quickly realized that he had got completely ripped off & just paid double for it.
The chosen roofer didn’t even tear off of the old layers of roofing.
He simply threw down some OSB board and glued regular shingles on the owner’s most problematic areas.
That company completely left out all the GA code items!
There was no underlayment installed!?
Poor guy had ended up calling us back to help him after he discovered that his roof was in a worse state than before with even more leaking issues.
