New vinyl siding project completed!! This home had the original siding, trim, corners, and soffit and fascia from the day it was built. A little TLC can bring these homes exterior back to life.

Work completed 👇

- Demo and repairs

- house wrap and taping the windows

- New vinyl 5 inch double Dutch siding, j-channel, inside and outside corners, soffit/fascia, exterior lights, and Paint.

- New 6 inch gutter system

New Trex decking remodel turned out clean 🧽 for our wonderful customers!

Work completed:

- Demo

- Rotten post and joist removed and replaced.

- 2 new stringers and band around the deck.

- Joist taping around the lumber prior to installation.

- Trex decking!

-Wrapping all posts in James Hardie trim. - New aluminum railing.

- New kick plates for the stairs.

- Wrapped strings and bands in James Hardie.

- Exterior paint and stain inside the covered porch.

- Solar lighting on all posts.
