The latest on a few shootings/homicides in the last 24 hours across metro Atlanta |

DEKALB COUNTY |

▪️A man was shot and killed just after 9 p.m. on Friday during a shootout at a Shell gas station at 5005 Snapfinger Woods Drive in Decatur. The victim, who is in his 20’s has not been identified. No arrests have been made in the homicide.

▪️Several hours later a person was killed in a double shooting outside a strip club in Clarkston. It happened outside Strokers at 1353 Brockett Road. There were multiple shots fired.

CLAYTON COUNTY |

▪️Clayton County Police confirm they’re working a shooting that happened outside the Clayton County Library System - Lovejoy Branch on Friday night. Witnesses tell me the shooting happened right after the Lovejoy High School football game. CCPD didn’t provide any details on the circumstances surrounding the shooting or on the victim.

ATLANTA |

A man was shot overnight on Edgewood Avenue in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood overnight. Video shows crime scene tape up at intersections of Jackson and William Holmes. The victim’s injury isn’t life-threatening. No word on the shooter.
