Your backyard, reimagined as a retreat. 🌞🍃
What started as a weathered deck is now a custom outdoor oasis — complete with a covered porch and shed-style roof, a solar-heated pool seamlessly integrated into the deck, and a custom stone-veneer grilling station designed to complement the deck and pool area.

Every surface is crafted for comfort with composite decking and surrounded by lush new plantings for a soft, natural finish.

🌿 The goal for this project was to completely transform the backyard — once heavily overgrown with steep, uneven sections — into a wide, open, and flat space the family could truly use and enjoy. Careful planning and engineering were key to creating a functional layout that feels seamless with the home’s architecture and natural surroundings.

A portion of the yard was previously hilly and overgrown, so our team reimagined it with a 240' engineered retaining wall (8' at its highest) and precision grading to expand the footprint. To truly make the space their own, the family also wanted it fenced in for privacy and definition — achieved with a custom wood fence and decorative cap that complements the home beautifully.

The project was completed with lush Zoysia sod and fresh plantings, tying the whole space together. It required close coordination with city engineers, arborists, and zoning officials to ensure every detail was structurally sound and built to last.

🚧 Progress Update in Alpharetta 🚧
When you're building a 235-foot-long, 8-foot-tall structural retaining wall, there’s no room for shortcuts.

This phase required precise engineering, detailed site planning, and city approvals—and we coordinated every step. Working closely with private structural engineers, our team ensured all documentation, logistics, and permitting were aligned to keep the process moving forward.

We also designed in space for a future pool area and coordinated with the arborist to finalize all tree preservation and planting layouts—just another layer of detail in a truly comprehensive site plan.

✅ Now that the wall is approved by the City of Alpharetta, we're on to the next chapter:

➡️ Beautiful plantings to bring it all to life

We’re deep in the transformation zone over here — and it’s been a journey. After navigating an involved permitting and approvals process, we’re finally seeing this custom above-ground pool, covered porch, and wrapped deck come to life.

Next up: softscaping, an outdoor kitchen, and finishing touches that will turn this vision into a fully immersive outdoor retreat.

We can’t wait to show you the finished product — but for now, here’s a glimpse of the magic in motion.

We brought it to life with a custom stone water feature, colorful plantings for year-round interest, and a flagstone patio perfect for morning coffee or quiet reflection.

🚧 Work in progress — but what a transformation already!

We took a tight, dated patio and enclosed porch and opened it up into a spacious backyard retreat. With new hardscaping, fresh plant beds, and a covered structure ready for its future outdoor kitchen, this space is well on its way to becoming the ultimate family hangout.

Still more to come — standing seam roof, ceiling finishes, lighting, and appliances are next. But we couldn’t wait to share the progress!

🔥 From outdated to outstanding!
This intown Atlanta backyard had worn pavers and an old firepit that had seen better days — the space just wasn’t living up to its potential.

We cleared the way for a clean, open turf area, added a sleek new firepit patio for gathering, and wove in soft, low-maintenance plantings throughout. 🌿✨

Now it's a modern, functional retreat — proof that even small spaces can deliver big impact.
