Customer: I need a driveway put in and my lot cleared and cleaned up.

Us: Ok! You’re going to need a pipe for the driveway so it doesn’t hold water.

Customer: Ok. I have to get HOA to approve.

HOA: You don’t need a pipe. It is on a hill and will drain fine.

Us: It’s going to hold water. You really need a pipe.

HOA: No it’s fine. Do it without the pipe.

Us: Whatever you say. And do as told.

HOA: Sends picture and says. I’m sorry but it holds water and needs a pipe.

Us: 🤣 Ok. We will put it on the schedule.

*Will give you updated pipe installation pics when it is completed. lol Call us if you need a pipe installed! We might know a thing or two.

Let’s chat pond dams for a sec!! One of the worst things for your pond dam is trees!! We took out a LOT of young pines growing up on the backside of this pond dam to prevent it from messing up the dam in the future! Prevention is a LOT cheaper than repair!!
