Project Highlight 🏫| The HPF Southwest team recently completed flooring installations at the new Pecos High School, providing durable, performance-driven solutions for locker rooms, aquatic spaces, and other key areas throughout the facility.

Materials included Dex-O-Tex ColorFlake L flooring in the locker rooms and Cheminert CFS quartz broadcast flooring in the natatorium combined with 4" and 6" cove base throughout.

Projects like this highlight the expertise found across the Diverzify network, with teams delivering flooring systems tailored to the unique needs of each environment.

🚒 Project Highlight | Our very own Spectra Contract Flooring Louisville was proud to partner with Bornstein General Contracting 1890 on the renovation of Louisville Fire Department Engine 20. The project included the installation of Shaw Contract LVT, Daltile ceramic tile, and Roppe Corporation rubber stair treads, creating durable surfaces built to withstand the demands of a busy public safety facility.

Despite the challenges of renovating an older building and navigating schedule delays, the team delivered a beautiful firehouse. Shoutout to Bethany Mattingly for helping lead this project to the finish line!

Project Highlight | 👏 Congratulations to our own Spectra Contract Flooring Atlanta on another successful education project.

At Sandy Springs Middle School, the team installed 50,000 SF of VCT, bringing a detailed five-color flooring pattern to life. In partnership with SmithBuilt Construction Group, the team completed the project one week ahead of schedule and achieved zero punch list items!

🎒 Project Spotlight | Spectra Contract Flooring Atlanta, A Diverzify Company partnered with SmithBuilt Construction Group on the flooring installation at Hembree Springs Elementary School in Roswell, GA.

The team installed approximately 50,000 square feet of VCT, including a custom three-color pattern, while working within an aggressive project schedule. Their efforts resulted in a project completed one week ahead of schedule with 0️⃣ flooring punch items!
