We know how stressful it can be to keep up with all the little repairs and maintenance around the house — and that’s exactly why we created Triton Home Services. We have owned and operated Triton Remodeling for over 25 years, and we love serving our friends and the Gainesville community. Over time, we noticed a pattern: during large remodels, homeowners were overwhelmed by the growing list of small maintenance items that needed attention.
Some had the ability but not the time. Others weren’t prepared for the tasks at all. And nearly everyone shared the same frustration — the high cost of getting a handyman out for simple repairs.
We wanted to offer a better solution. That’s how Triton Home Services (THS) was born. Our goal is simple: provide a reliable, affordable, and timely service plan that keeps your home in order without the stress.
If you ever have a project outside the scope of THS, we’re still here for you. Triton Remodeling can provide a free estimate, and you can find both Triton Remodeling and Triton Home Services on Facebook. If you’d like references, I’m happy to share them.
With a THS membership, you’ll receive regular visits to take care of the “small stuff” so you don’t have to:
• Minor electrical and drywall repairs
• Fixture replacements, ceiling fan installs, and paint touch‑ups
• First‑level gutter cleaning, pressure washing, deck & patio maintenance
• Furniture assembly, picture hanging, blinds & curtain installs — and more
Choose the plan that fits your lifestyle:
✨ $45/month — visit every 90 days
✨ $90/month — visit every 60 days
✨ $135/month — visit every 30 days

Your home stays in top shape with regular 30, 60, or 90‑day visits — all without you lifting a finger. Payments are drafted automatically each month and can be canceled anytime. You can also switch plans as your needs grow or lessen.

Andrew and I have developed an addition to our Triton Remodeling business… This division is called Triton Home Services. It is designed to help busy people keep up with daily things around their house that need attention. Small home repairs/projects/mainteance that one may not have the skill set for or tools, or the time for….or you just don’t wanna do it. 😆
If this interests you please just give me a call and ask all the questions! We have tried to make this as affordable and accomodating as possible by offering options to choose from.
