Choosing an HVAC contractor is about much more than price. Most importantly, it's about the safety of your home and family.
This week we responded to a home where a previous contractor had recently performed maintenance. The tech not only missed a serious venting issue that created a significant safety hazard, but forgot a cap that caused extensive water damage, requiring a restoration company. This was one of the worst missteps we have seen!
We're not sharing this to criticize or scare anyone. We're sharing it because we see so many posts where someone recommends "a guy" or someone "on the side" that causes our team to cringe. It's so important to choose a contractor who is licensed, insured, carries Workers' Compensation, has strong local reviews, and takes the time to explain what they find and why they recommend a repair.
