About Us
We are a full service design/build turnkey finished basement company. When you call us for a free estimate, we come out and commit your basement’s footprint to our cad program and then create a design for you rendered in a 3D format. We then take the associated costs of labor and materials plus a 15% margin for profit and overhead and enter all those numbers for each phase of the work in an excel. We meet with you online to review the design and the excel of associated costs.
We’ve been in business since 2000 and our team of licensed professionals has been working together as a team for many years. We routinely pass inspections the first time and our finished product is excellent. We remove walls, install beams, relocate plumbing lines, install custom home theaters and bars, build fireplaces and install new windows and doors in your exterior walls. We do it all.
