We added square footage from the old patio area, creating a much larger and more functional living space that completely changed the flow of the home.

A stunning 12’ slider door now opens the space beautifully to the outdoors while bringing in an incredible amount of natural light. We also revamped the entire outdoor area to create the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining.

Inside, we finished the home with new flooring, custom shaker kitchen cabinets, a rich cherry island, quartz countertops, and a timeless marble backsplash that brought everything together with a clean, upscale look.

Another beautiful custom renovation completed !
