This pad was being filled by another grader incorrectly. We had to remove the dirt off the building site, strip organics and then pack in lifts to bring to elevation.

Ready to box and set final side elevations once slab is poured.

Heavy Equipment Operator – Finish Grader

Overview: We are looking for two highly skilled Skidsteer Operators to join our team. This role requires a "finish-eye" for detail, focusing on final subgrade and base lifts to strict tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skidsteers/excavators to achieve precise finish grades.
• Experience in setting building pads, driveway cuts and final graded in preperetion fot sod.
• Coordinate with builders and supervisors to ensure compliance with blueprints and stakes.

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience in finish grading, a strong understanding of drainage/slopes, and a commitment to job site safety.
