Pinewood Construction Group is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing construction company in Bremen, Georgia.
Responsibilities Include:
• Answering phones and managing emails
• Organizing project files and paperwork
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Assisting with permits, selections, and project documentation
• Communicating with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors
• Entering invoices and maintaining records in QuickBooks Online
• Assisting with social media and general office administration
Qualifications:
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
✔ Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
✔ Detail-oriented and dependable
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Construction or office experience is a plus
Position Details:
