One blade. Hardwood, softwood, raw and laminated panels, nonferrous metals, aluminum, plastic, laminate. Yes, really.

The HighlineXP series is engineered to be the blade you stop swapping. Optimized geometry, built to LEUCO quality standards, holding a consistent surface finish across the materials a real production shop actually runs in a day:→ Solid hard & softwood → Raw & laminated wood-based panels → Nonferrous metals & aluminum → Plastic & laminates

Cabinet and furniture makers, panel processors, millwork and architectural shops — if you're juggling materials and tired of matching a different blade to every job, HighlineXP simplifies the rack and keeps cut quality consistent from the first cut through the final sharpening.

And because it runs 8–10 sharpenings, you swap less and spend less per cut.

If you're nesting laminated panel all day, poor chip evacuation is quietly capping your tool life — and most shops never look there.

When chips don't clear fast enough, they re-cut. Re-cutting means heat. Heat means a softer edge and faster wear. You feel it as "this spiral just doesn't last on long nesting runs."

HP+ was engineered to break that cycle: → Expanded washout areas pull chips clear faster → 30% longer tool life → No heat-trapping → the edge stays harder, longer → Solid carbide, 30° helix, up to 30,000 RPM — built for CNC routers sizing, jointing, grooving, and dividing raw and laminated panels.

The payoff on a nesting cell: fewer tool changes per shift, more uptime, and cleaner edges that cut down rework. The original HP spirals already ran 2–3x the industry standard. HP+ adds 30% on top of that.

Run the right clamping (HeatSync or PS-System) and you'll get even more out of every tool.

ATB. TCG. Flat-top. Most operators pick by habit. Here's the actual decision tree.

→ ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) — best for cross-cuts in solid wood and wood veneer laminated panels where finish quality on the top face matters. The bevel teeth cut the cross-grain wood fibers perfectly without splintering.

→ TCG (Triple Chip Grind) — built for hard materials and laminate-faced board. The flat-top tooth carries the load by focusing on the finish quality; the chamfered tooth pre-scores and breaks up the cutting pressure. Goes longer between resharpens on abrasive panels than ATB does.

→ Flat-top — rip cuts in solid wood. The geometry is built to clear chips fast in long grain. Not your choice for finish work on panel materials or solid wood across grain.

→ Hi-ATB / Hollow Ground — when finish on melamine and HPL needs to be virtually chip-free on both top and bottom surfaces. Tooth shapes that cut with very low force and practically glide effortlessly through the material.

If you mostly do panel sizing and you're not sure, TCG with the right carbide grade (HL Board 04 plus, in most cases) is the default. If you're hearing chatter or seeing burn marks, the geometry-vs-grade pairing is usually the problem — not the blade itself.

What are you cutting most this week? Drop your material in the comments — we'll point you at the tooth geometry that actually fits.

That $7 you save on a cheaper blade? It's costing you four sharpenings.

Comparable blade — 4–6 sharpenings over its usable life. HighlineXP — 8–10 sharpenings. For about $7 more upfront.

That's nearly double the working life of the blade for the price of a coffee and a snack. You're not changing machines. You're not changing your application. It's a like-for-like upgrade — same cut quality you already trust, just a blade that keeps going long after the other one's retired.

The math that matters isn't purchase price. It's cost per cut. Spread $7 across twice the sharpenings and twice the runtime, and HighlineXP is the more affordable blade — every time.

We took spirals that were already running 2–3x the industry standard and asked one annoying question: what if "good" still isn't good enough?
That's how HP+ happened.

The problem with the old playbook: coatings meant to reduce wear were actually trapping heat — hoarding it like a dragon with gold. And chip evacuation was good, but not great. On a nesting line running all shift, both of those quietly cost you tool life.

So we went back to R&D: → Expanded washout areas for next-level chip evacuation → 30% longer tool life → Ditched the heat-trapping coating → a cooler-running, tougher tool → Solid carbide, built for CNC routers nesting raw and laminated panels.

The result is a spiral that cuts faster and cleaner, lasts meaningfully longer between changes, and gives your CNC an upgrade it'll thank you for.
Because good wasn't good enough.

This Memorial Day, we pause.

Today, we remember the service members who gave everything so the rest of us could simply go to work. To the families who carry that loss every day — thank you. We will not forget.

Our US offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, and we'll return on Tuesday.
