At Echols Roofing & Renovations no detail gets overlooked, especially when it comes to stopping leaks before they turn into bigger problems!

Our team recently completed commercial flat roof leak repairs on an aluminum roof in Norcross after multiple leak points were identified. To ensure a long-lasting watertight seal, we sealed all screws and pipe penetrations on the upper roof using high-performance silicone sealant.

On the lower roof section, we installed caps on all four plumbing pipes and sealed each pipe collar with flashing-grade silicone for added protection against future water intrusion.
