Each December, our friends at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #82 host the Cops & Kids program, pairing officers with local children to shop for Christmas gifts and essentials.

$69 Cooling System Tune-Up

Any time is a good time to clean your HVAC system if it hasn’t been looked at in more than six months. However, most people set up maintenance appointments in the spring before summer drives temperatures too high and in the fall before the cold winter months set in.

We recommend setting up maintenance appointments at least twice yearly to clear debris and address problems that might have gone unnoticed.

Please call or text 470-819-7558 to schedule your air conditioner spring maintenance or online below.

Schedule your spring tune-up between March 17, 2025, and April 4, 2025, and pay only $69 for the first system and $39 for any additional systems! (Regularly, it's $89 for the first system and $59 for additional systems.) *Additional fees may apply to residents not living in Forsyth County, Dawson County, North Fulton, North Gwinnett, or East Cherokee.

Please note that appointments are scheduled with a 2 hour window. For example, if you request an appointment at 2:00 P.M., we will arrive between 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. This allows us adequate time for troubleshooting, travel and traffic.
