Founder Kimberly Garrett started Garrett-Williams, with the goal of providing builders and property managers with quality work, top-notch customer service, exceptional contractors and traditional project management.
Kimberly's history in the industry began in 2004, when she launched her first property maintenance business and it was there were she learned the need for more reliable and caring contractors. However, to provide overall quality to her clients, she knew she needed more knowledge of the industry, so she worked for building materials companies, luxury hardware manufacturers, architects and engineers, all to learn the intrigue pieces to the building construction industry. Her passion and drive fuels our team and subcontractors to perfect their craft. Kimberly has a keen attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction on every project from A-Z.
