Bonfire season is almost here!! Are you ready?
As we do every season, Bent River Tree Care is now accepting order requests for firewood delivery!! Call or text- 404-783-5629
For $150 you receive a face cord of firewood-delivered and stacked! These are large pieces split to burn for a good amount of time, they are typically around 16in. We have clients that order firewood as a Christmas/Holiday gift for family members.
My husband, and our two sons (7 years old/14-year-old) will personally deliver and stack it. Our firewood is seasoned and ready to burn, we are a family-owned tree care company here in Lilburn. The firewood is stored on our property for a year, and moisture checked before delivery.
We also have some seasoned Black Cherry which is PERFECT for using in the smoker- that is $1 per stick and can be set up as a separate delivery or in addition.

A full cord of wood would be 3 deliveries, and costs $450.0
Delivery within a 10mi radius of Lilburn is included in the cost.
10-15 miles outside of Lilburn is a $10 delivery fee
15-20 miles would be $25.

Typically, we try and deliver on Sundays but if that will not work for your schedule let us know and we can work something else out!

As we move into summer, we step into not only warm sunny weather, but also storm season here in Georgia. This means potential for heavily saturated soil, lightening damage, and extended wind damage to your trees and landscape. While not all damage can be prevented, we suggest having a certified Arborist inspect your trees / landscape ASAP to be proactive and limit the dangers to your home and family. A certified Arborist can inspect and report their findings on the following:

Storm Readiness Assessment - Removing weak or damaged limbs and trees will leave the landscape well prepared for storm force winds.

o Dead, Diseased, and/or Broken Limbs and Trees near inhabited structures or driveways should be removed.

o Poorly structured trees or their parts should be structure pruned if possible or otherwise removed.

o Roof and Building Clearance should be maintained to prevent damage from windblown limbs.

Experienced Tree Worker is expected to understand rigging techniques, ability to run ropes, and process tree debris. This includes chipper operations, safe and effective use of a chainsaw, and other ground tools(Pole pruner/pole clip.)

- Must have a valid license

- Must be drug free

- Must have reliable transportation

-Must be comfortable working in the elements

-Must be able to lift 75+ consistantly

We get a lot of questions about what it means to specalize in "low impact removals." We figured it would be eaiser just to show you a picture.

The first pictures are of the finished product! The small area of wood chips in the from of our wonderful client's plant bed once housed a pretty tall pine tree. This tree was pretty close to ro to the home and the service lines connecting to the home. Our client was concerned about the tree coming down and taking the service line along with it. The doodle art is more of an accurate example.

The goal is always to leave the client's yard looking better than when we arrived, even if we have to bring in heavy equipment and drop several thoushand pounds of three on the grass, concrete etc.
