While our initial focus may be on quickly assessing the density a site can accommodate, we frequently expand our services to optimize the layout, ensuring a successful outcome for the project. This stage is vital for effective placemaking and overall site functionality, necessitating meticulous attention to zoning regulations, architectural highlights, access points, visibility, massing, walkability, and the proximity of parking and connectivity. March was a milestone month for Silver Studio as we celebrated our 7th anniversary in style! We kicked off the festivities with an incredible day of learning, networking, and reflecting on our journey. A huge shoutout to Michael Hoath, President of Brand Properties, for sharing his expertise on the multifamily development process, and to Molly Morgan, Allie Spangler, and Hadassah Efros from JLL’s retail team for giving us a behind-the-scenes look at what retailers truly crave when designing their spaces. The day wrapped up with the prestigious FRED Award, which this year went to Kevin Morelock for his unwavering dedication to excellence in serving our clients. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this amazing journey — here's to many more years of success!
