We’re a small, growing landscape company looking for a skilled and reliable Landscape Crew Leader to manage and work alongside a crew on residential and small commercial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew of 2–5 team members on landscape installation projects

Read and follow site plans and set accurate grades using laser levels or transits

Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems, valves, and timers

Perform and oversee drainage work

Operate machinery such as skid steers, trenchers, compactors, and mini-excavators

Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites

Communicate with clients, crew members and supervisors to keep jobs on schedule

Train and mentor new crew members

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in landscaping with a focus on grading, irrigation, and drainage

Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred

Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices

Ability to operate landscape machinery and power tools safely

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
