Another exposed aggregate driveway. This is a top cast 03 retarder giving us a nice exposure. With some nice saw joints and some solvent base sealer. This is a great looking decorative concrete option. ❤️💞❤️

This is the first process that homeowner gets to see some serious action start to take place. After a lot of planning and permitting, breaking ground and starting to move dirt around on a new site is a lot of fun. It’s always enjoyable to see the homeowners get excited about this place. They’re gonna get to spend many years at.

In the summer we like to get the concrete down as early as we can. Once big Red comes out it changes the game. Many times we like to start way before the sun even comes up depending on the size and complexity of the project.

If you’ve ever wondered how a basement gets built on a new construction house we start by excavating out the ground after doing the layout. We then dig the footers and install rebar next is wall panels, which is what you see here we set the wall panels finish, tying all the steel and pour concrete. More to come…

We love Quality tools and equipment. When it comes to the demolition space and hydraulic hammers there is one company that stands above the rest…….Okada…. These bad boys are Japanese made and have done incredible for us in both the small and larger sizes.

Another 16,000 sq ft down for a total of 32k at the EV plant. Super windy day but we got a good product at the end of the day. 4000 psi with bar and fiber.

Most of our foundations are poured in place concrete walls, but we do offer a CMU Block foundation wall, where we embedded the rebar in the footing and we fill the cells with concrete. This product is a little more budget friendly usually saving you between 25 and 30% depend, depending on the height of the foundation wall walls It does have it draw backs when the wall start to become very tall…on a small crawlspace this is a great product. The inside of this will get fully encapsulated. ❤️💞❤️

This deck, Project had his challenges being so high in the air. We used harnesses and tied off the entire time. We were working out there until the handrails were on. This is also one of my favorite handrail systems. The fortress AL 13 railing aluminum powder coated blast for a long time and is low maintenance. The Ipe love to eat through some salt blades and drill bits, but man look at those colors.
