The Fed's pivot from 'maybe more hikes' to 'cuts next year' had the markets in ecstasy. The Dow and S&P 500 hit all-time records. The yield on the 10-yr US treasury went below 4%. And average 30-year mortgage rates fell to 6.6%. That's a decrease of nearly 150 bps (1.5%) in just two months.

This is a picture of me graduating from Bradshaw High School (now called Florence High) at 17 years old. I remember thinking I persevered through all the haters that were in my ear telling me I wasn't going to graduate, telling me I was just going to be another statistic with no education and how I will get pregnant and have to dropout. I silenced all the haters and pushed through and graduated with a 3.5 GPA! I was sooo proud of myself. I'm still fighting for things I want in life. The lesson in this story is this. Your biggest haters will be the closest people to you , including family members. You have one life to live, so let your life be ordered by God, not people. People will always have something to say, you do what's in your heart and silence anyone who are not on the path you are and negative people. You push forward to greatness because God already put it in you! Don't let nobody dim your light, you let it shine BRIGHT!!
