This entryway staircase had seen better days — years of weather and wear had taken their toll. We tore out the failing structure and rebuilt it from the ground up with a full composite system designed to last for years with minimal maintenance.

Today we said goodbye to a bow window that had been faithfully serving this home since the 1950s. And let me tell you… it had stories.

This thing survived decades of New England winters, countless family gatherings, and at least a few questionable decorating trends. The glass was a little cloudy, the seals had clearly retired years ago, and the drafts were so strong the curtains practically had their own personality.

After a well-earned 70+ year run, it was finally time to upgrade.

Out went the vintage bow window, and in went a brand new unit with crystal-clear glass, modern efficiency, and a much tighter seal (which means the homeowner no longer has to heat the entire neighborhood).

The new bow still keeps that beautiful curved look that adds character to the front of the house—just without the whistles, rattles, and winter breeze.

We love projects like this: keeping the classic style of the home while bringing everything up to modern performance.

Airbnb Glow-Up:

This place used to have all the charm of a waiting room at the DMV… but not anymore. 😅

We came in with tools, coffee, and a questionable amount of confidence and turned this Airbnb into a spot people might actually fight over in the booking app.

New finishes, fresh trim, updated floors, and a whole lot of attention to the little details that make guests say, “Wow… this is way nicer than my house.”

Now instead of reviews saying “It was… fine.” we’re aiming for:
⭐ “The bathroom was so nice I took pictures.”
⭐ “The kitchen made me consider learning how to cook.”
⭐ “We almost missed checkout because we didn’t want to leave.”

Airbnb renovations are a whole different game — you’ve got to make it look amazing, hold up to suitcase abuse, and still survive someone trying to cook spaghetti at 2 AM.

Safe to say… this one’s ready for guests.

Kitchen transformation in progress 👀

These gray shaker cabinets just went in and the space is already starting to take shape. It’s always amazing how quickly a kitchen starts to feel completely different once the cabinetry is installed. Clean lines, timeless style, and a layout that’s going to make this space both beautiful and functional.

This one still has countertops, trim, and finishing details coming, but the vision is already coming to life. The best part of remodeling is seeing a space go from outdated to something homeowners are proud of every day.
