Ryan's Random Services have been busy as can be! Some projects we have been working on include:
- Redid an enclosed porch
- Demoing a mobile home and leveling the lot to be built on next
year.
- Redid a retaining wall and adding rock
- Built privacy fence
- Hauled rock and leveled driveways.
- Built up driveways
- Multiple jobs with skidloader
- Doing odd jobs:
- Staining and sealing interior doors,
- Changing out locks and door handles,
- Cleaning gutters
- Hung 3 TVs
- Rebuilt trash enclosure
- Poured a 7 section of sidewalk
- Cleaned up some trees and weeds around a few properties
- Replaced 5 exterior doors
- Power washed a deck and repainted it
- Did some maintenance on golf carts
- Changed guts in multiple toilets
- Cleaned out 14 dryer vents!! It is a huge fire hazard!
- Installed gate hardware and moved gate
- Built a ramp on a deck
- Replace trim, painted and put up CO2 and smoke detectors to
get a home fixed so it could be sold.
- Power washed deck and house
- Removed old windows and installed new
- Installed 4500 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Flooring
- Removed fence
- Releveled a front porch
- Many other things.....

I am horrible about remembering to take before, during and after pictures, especially if my wife isn't there to do it or remind me! I will get some pictures of the jobs done soon.

Changing batteries in your Smoke Detectors

Installed 2800 sq ft of LVP flooring
Fixed garage door seals
Installed 6 exterior doors
Serviced 35 golf carts
Serviced lawn equipment
Installed or fixed 14 toilets
Replaced 13 faucets
Replaced 64 light fixtures
Hauled 47 loads of trash to the dump
Hauled 85 ton of rock
Added rock to 13 driveways/parking areas and smoothed out
Poured 1 pool pad, 4 sidewalks and 2 patios
Remodeled the inside of a house and fixed up the outside/yard
Fixed/Replaced floor joists that were broken or eaten by termites
Installed Cabinets in a gym
Hauled grain
Ran loader for lime
Gutted down to the studs a 2,500 sqft house
