This one was a doozie… but that didn’t stop us!💪🏽

This poorly waterproofed shower really did a number on this bathroom. Compromised joist, rim board, subfloor, studs and sheathing all cut out and replaced with new. Dryer vent added , and a cost of new paint 😍

What a difference 😍 Tore the old one piece unit out and installed this new 4 piece kit, new vanity installation , lVT flooring throughout , fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling, new baseboard heater covers, and all new trim done in bathroom 2/2 at this residence!
