This haven's outdoor staircase requires repair and releveling, and a custom steel handrail is to be fabricated to fit the varying angles of descent. A very organic mounting strategy is planned, where the support posts are to be embedded in the existing boulders with a unique lateral angled geometry. Low-voltage down lighting is to be incorporated into the handrail for increased visibility after sunset. This project is an ideal fit for our jib boom gantry crane attachment, which will provide the necessary heavy lifting and overhead support for creating the handrail's one-of-a-kind geometric design. Furthermore, the customer has asked us to add boulders to enhance the symmetry of this distinctive and organic structure.
While beauty and flow are central to the artistic vision of this project, the main goal is a tenfold increase in safety.

It was a pleasure to rebuild this family's front stoop to a safer and more useful space!

While we aren't specifically a concrete company, we do provide limited hardscaping. Slab repair or replacement services are provided by Pcrv to create your best haven.
Hardscaping is sometimes necessary for upgrades.
This reconfiguring of the firepit sitting area is for a new Romanstone outdoor wood burning fireplace weighing in at just under 13,000lbs.
This is a huge upgrade to this family's haven by the pool!

This homestead addition needed the yard and driveway extension raised 6 to 12 inches in areas along the new concrete.
We installed a 6 inch wide river rock separation along the new concrete for improved drainage and esthetics.
We set the border between the white rock and dirt sloped at 1/16 bubble to match the driveways slope all the way to the curbside. It required 20 tons of white rock, 3 tons of rainbow river rock, and almost 50 tons of black dirt to raise and grade matching the slope.
Can't wait for the grass seed to come up and see their kids playing in their new haven!
