Nobody ever left a review about the wings.

The bathroom though? That one they remember.

So we’re out at Twin Peaks Twin Peaks Restaurant on a scheduled visit, handling a urinal and a toilet before either one gets any ideas on a packed Saturday.

Commercial fixtures live a rough life. Hundreds of people a day, game on every TV, nobody being gentle. They do not wear like the one at your house.

Pulled both, got them running right, tested everything, packed up.

Best part of this job is nobody in there will ever know we were there. That’s the win.

We showed up to tie in one sewer line. Then we opened up the ground.

Once we could see what was really down there, it was clear this project was bigger than the plan. So instead of forcing the original scope, we mapped out both the sewer and the water line so everything connects the right way before the building ever goes into service.

Every job is different. Sometimes you show up to do one thing and the site changes the whole plan. Taking the time to do it right always pays off.

This customer called us back.

That one’s hard to explain if you don’t run a business. Anybody can get hired once. Getting called a second time means you didn’t waste their time, you didn’t leave a mess, and the thing you fixed stayed fixed.

This round it was a urinal, caught before it turned into a real problem. Old one out, new one in, tested it, had them back up and running.

That’s the whole job. Do good work, make it easy, and hopefully they never think about their plumbing again.

A local manufacturing company called because their drain piping was literally deforming from the inside out.

The culprit wasn’t a bad installation.

Their equipment discharges roughly 40 gallons of hot chemical water every cycle, and the existing PVC simply wasn’t designed for those temperatures long term.

The result: swelling, warping, and eventual failure.

We removed the damaged piping and upgraded the system with CPVC, which is better suited for higher-temperature chemical waste applications.

Every building is different. The plumbing should be designed around what the building actually does.

That’s where commercial plumbing gets interesting.
