Another deck in the books! 🔨

This customer originally called us to replace the old, rotten deck boards, railings, and stairs. Once we removed everything, we discovered the existing structure had more damage than expected. Rather than covering it up, we replaced the damaged joists and several support posts to ensure the deck was safe and built to last.

To give it a fresh, modern look, we upgraded the old wooden balusters to sleek black metal balusters. The end result is a deck that looks brand new without the expense of a complete tear-down and rebuild.

This customer had just purchased a home that needed a little TLC while staying within a budget, and we were happy to help make it feel like home.

During the home inspection, it was discovered that a leaking toilet had caused the subfloor beneath the tile to rot over time. We removed all of the existing flooring, replaced the damaged joists and subfloor, and then installed beautiful new tile, a new vanity, and a new toilet.

It wasn’t the biggest project we’ve taken on, but every job matters. We’re grateful we could give this homeowner the peace of mind that everything was repaired the right way and built to last.

This customer was ready to give their staircase a fresh, updated look—and that’s exactly what we delivered.

The original staircase was builder-grade with carpet and a runner from top to bottom. Once we removed the carpet, we discovered the stair treads weren’t all solid oak, so we replaced treads as needed to ensure a quality finish. We also installed brand-new newel posts, handrails, and modern iron balusters to completely transform the space.

The result is a clean, timeless staircase that adds both beauty and value to the home.

We recently had the opportunity to give this customer in Acworth the deck they had been dreaming of for so long — and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Before finding us, they had multiple contractors come through making promises they couldn’t deliver on. Thankfully, they found us before settling for a contractor who wasn’t the right fit.
What started as a small “wedding cake” style deck turned into a complete outdoor space transformation. The original plan was a 12x20 deck, but after talking through their vision and how they wanted to use the space, we quickly realized it needed to be bigger. Through multiple conversations and careful planning, we made sure we weren’t just building a deck — we were creating the perfect space for their home and lifestyle.
The finished project features a beautiful oversized deck with not one, but two sets of stairs, giving the customer the functionality and access they wanted. After completion, they trusted us once again to add underpinning around the deck to give it that finished, polished look.
