PRO TIP: Use a high quality primer when transitioning from an oil based paint to a latex/water-based paint. Make sure you, or your contractor adds this in the prep process to avoid peeling paint in the future. ,

Basement project from start to finish. All ceilings, walls, and trim were painted. The customer also decided to have two different colors on the walls opposite from eachother to bring more depth to the basement.

The best way to find rotting wood is to do a thorough scrape job. Otherwise, you may not see it, and it could continue to get worse. In this barn project, we found a ton of rotted wood, which we were able to replace.
