I can handle any size project from hanging a bath towel rod to remodeling a whole house. Regan Brothers Construction was officially registered in 2025, but its roots trace back to 1959—when it was just a name embossed in plastic and adhered to the beloved Tonka Trucks ravaging the carpet of the Regan family home. It began with a family that believed in the power of craftsmanship. Tim Regan, the founder, has spent a lifetime building, repairing, and remodeling. Now, in his retirement, he continues to do what he loves, turning his passion into a lasting legacy. But his journey started much earlier, shaped by the hands and hearts of his parents, Patrick and Stella Regan. Pat and Stella, both skilled craftsmen, raised five children—a daughter and four sons—instilling in them a deep respect for working with their hands. Whether it was quilting, cooking, carpentry, remodeling, or fixing what was broken, they led by example. Their home was a workshop, a classroom, and a proving ground for young builders. From childhood projects to professional craftsmanship, the Regan brothers carried on the family tradition. And so, Regan Brothers Construction was born—not just from a business plan but from a lifetime of dedication, skill, and a love for building things that last. Through it all, Tim has had the unwavering support of his wife, Diane, who has been his rock, encouraging him to pursue his passion and helping to keep both the business—and life—running smoothly. Tim has since passed these skills down to his son, Mike, and daughter, Katie, and one day, he hopes to share them with his grandchildren, ensuring that the family’s legacy of craftsmanship continues for generations to come. Today, Tim Regan continues that tradition, offering expert contracting, handyman services, and remodeling work. Every project carries the legacy of Pat and Stella—the belief that good work is done with your hands, your heart, and a commitment to quality that stands the test of time.
