Sunday progress update with Simonson & Co. 🔨🏠 Here’s where things stand:

✅ Shingles are officially complete
✅ Interior concrete flatwork is done
✅ Basement framing is complete
✅ Mechanicals are off to a great start
✅ Basic plumbing rough-in is finished
✅ HVAC rough wraps up Monday
➡️ Electrical starts next Wednesday

Crazy how fast things move once the house starts coming together. Every week it feels a little more real and we’re getting more excited seeing the vision take shape!

Big thanks to everyone working hard on this build — can’t wait for the next phase! It’s a great day to build!

🚧 Progress Update from Simonson & Co Homes

Things are moving quickly on this build and it’s exciting to see it all come together!

✔️ Framing is officially complete
✔️ Underground plumbing is in
🏠 Shingles are on site and going up today
🔜 Interior concrete pours scheduled for the end of the week

Foundation walls are complete, and we’re moving right into waterproofing and backfilling.

Next major milestone: framing begins April 27. Looking forward to seeing this home really start to take shape! 🔨

Simonson & Co Homes is proud to make its first charitable contribution to the Iowa County Technical Rescue Team in support of their annual fundraiser, held each April—with this year’s event taking place tomorrow. Big progress happening over here! 🔨🏡

Just 10 days ago, we were kicking things off with our very first dig. There were challenges during the excavating process with hitting rock but nothing Williamson Earthworks couldn’t handle! Today the footings have officially been poured!

Next up: setting forms for the foundation walls. Step by step, we’re building something solid from the ground up.
