Here are the Before and After images of the trim and post painting project I completed. The homeowner ecstatic with the results. I'm looking forward to painting the front windows to get a complete view.

Trim has been painted! Some freshly painted in photos along with a 65 inch tv mounted to complete the the room.

Installed some missing baseboards today

This is definitely the most satisfying job I've done so far. It took longer than originally planned, but it's worth it in the end. The blue glass tile looks amazing with off-white grout and gold accent trim. Can't wait to add the crown molding and finishing touches. This job has definitely been my favorite bathroom I've done so far.

Floor tile layout and installation of some tiles tonight. This gives me a place to walk when I continue. The spacing didn’t work out perfectly in my favor, but the orientation and alignment are going to look beautiful up against the wall.

Applying shower waterproof membrane in preparation for tiling. First coat complete, second coat today, with potential tile installation tomorrow. The tile design will be a distinctive from the standard style. Looking forward for the next video.
