The project included the renovation of approximately 10,500 square feet of an existing car dealership located in Baton Rouge, LA. The existing building was approximately 31,639 square feet and the remaining 21,139 square feet underwent minor renovation to comply with the new design scheme.

This project consisted of design of new 38,000 square foot multi-use, sound isolated, 140 mph wind resistant structure for federal use during National disasters. The Building has an aircraft apron attached to it allowing for easy supply delivery. Also included in the scope of the project is a new road way leading from Blount Road, north of the Airport, south to the entrance of the new facility.

The project scope included the remodel of the existing convenience store located at 18158 Rushing Road in Prairieville, Louisiana. The building is 3,974 square feet and the interior was mostly gutted due to the flooding in the area last year, with the exception of all load bearing walls. The project included the exterior renovation of the existing building using local design elements and materials. The interior renovations included the reconfiguration of the existing c-store to maximize sales floor space / kitchen space and visibility to the beverage coolers. Design considerations also included consolidating the customer service / POS service counter with the kitchen order counter to reduce the need for duplication of staffing.
