I can stop by, measure your roof, and give you a cash price on replacing or repairing it.
It comes with a detailed written estimate that goes into detail about the materials used, warranties and everything included with the service.
The second option (that we do a lot of) is that I can see if you have storm damage that may qualify you for a replacement through insurance..
With all the storms we experienced, there's a big chance you may have damage.
